Inventory Clerk Role:
First Property Solutions is a fast-growing London based Inventory check in, check out and mid-tenancy inspection business. We are actively expanding our team and are searching for first-rate inventory clerks to join the firm.
The successful inventory clerk will be required to work at a minimum, four days a week extending to six days subject to bookings and scheduling.
This is a dynamic role which is very much “on the road” and will require extensive travel round properties throughout London.
It is of paramount importance that the Inventory Clerk has excellent time management and organizations skills with real attention to detail.
Key requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Reports and issues must be relayed, clearly, eloquently and concisely to our clients.
Attention to detail.
Organisation skills, namely diary management and submission of reports in a timely manner.
Driving licenses beneficial although not a requirement.
Inventory clerks will be required to:
Visit and inspect residential properties
Collect keys from Estate Agents and/or Private Clients and return in a timely manner.
Draft and produce reports relating to visits made at various properties (Check In, Check Out and Mid Term)
Report any damage, faults, and problems to Estate Agents and Clients.
Languages:
It is imperative that all inventory clerks speak fluent English. Additional languages are beneficial although not a requirement.
