COMPANY AND MISSION
International Research Networks (IRN) is a young, dynamic, rapidly growing corporate events company based in Central London.
We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper intern for a minimum period of 6 months to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our experienced accountant, the sales team and the operations team. They will be reporting to the Accounts administrator and the Head of operations. The ideal candidate is process driven and has a keen eye for detail.
Training will be given, and this is an excellent opportunity to gain bookkeeping experience in a thriving company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of sales invoices
• Assisting with the validation process for the won deals at year end, ensuring all contracts are uploaded onto CRM and signed
• Some bookkeeping activities
• Credit control chasing overdue accounts
• Assisting with various events administrative duties
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• IT Literate - MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Current student status and internship compulsory of their studies
• Problem solver
• Quick learner
• Multi-task oriented
