A small and friendly Events company based in West London is looking for an intern for 3 months. The company organises large scale events in London and abroad. We need an intern to start mid-July/beginning-August and stay with us for 3 months.
We offer an interesting and varied role, which is perfect for someone who would like to develop a set of skills for a future career in the events industry:
-general admin support;
-assisting with research;
-e-mailing invitations to the events to the clients;
-collecting RSVP;
-assisting with logistics for the event;
-assisting with creation of power point presentations;
-assisting with creation of chimp mail campaigns;
-assisting with artists management;
We will be happy to hear from you if you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, accurate, diligent, have good verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian would be an advantage).
This internship is full time, Mon to Fri. Please note that this position is unpaid. We offer travel reimbursement and lunch allowance.
