We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic intern to work in our raw vegan restaurant in Notting Hill.

This is an fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to learn how a raw food commercial kitchen operates and to upskill themselves will hands on experience.

During your internship you will achieve the following:
* Learning cutting edge raw food techniques and recipes;
* An understanding of raw vegan food and its principles;
* Discovering how a raw food kitchen operates during lunch and dinner service;
* Training on service and plating;
* A report once you have finished that you can add to your CV.

**Please note that this is an unpaid position and does not guarantee a job at the end of the internship.

The internship will be between a minimum 6 weeks up to 3 months. We would ideally require someone who is available to join us for between 20-30 hours a week.
