We are a fast growing recruitment business based in Fitzrovia and Holburn with an extensive client base established over our decade of industry experience. We require a dynamic, experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to assist with driving our excelerated growth projections.
You will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening and on-boarding new talent joining our team. Our company is committed to developing the career of each employee and are looking for ambitious, career driven individuals to join our dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Advertising for internal hires
- Meeting and interviewing internal hires with set KPIS
- Reference verification for internal hires
- Assisting with promotions
- Assisting with probationary reviews
- Employee records
- Approving and managing all employee absence requests
- compliance for new hires
- Contract management
- Training new recruits on company procedure and policy
Required experience and skills:
At least one year relevant internal recruitment and Human Resources experience with demonstrated success
Knowledge and experience with travel documents, visas, licenses and compliance checks
Proven ability to work successfully under pressure
Strong communicational skills
