Ottolenghi is looking for a pro-active and passionate Internal Recruiter to lead and support the growing needs of one of London's leading and most exciting restaurant groups.
The Role:
Ottolenghi's known for its six innovative, vegetable forward restaurants and delis, and excellent service. With a passion for sourcing and recruitment, it is your role to find the path to the very best of hospitality people out there, know how to engage with them and Pique their interest.

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for bringing in high quality and suitable candidates that will carry on our vision and ethos. Talent acquisition is a critical focus for Ottolenghi to achieve the high level of hospitality we provide and you will help attract new talent for all our six locations.
You will be expected to hire through direct channels and bring with you a strong digital network and excellent sourcing skills.You'll take the lead on recruitment on all levels, future planning strategy and continued hiring as well as filling immediate open roles.
What You'll Bring On Board:
You will have proven yourself as Internal Recruiter working for a fast paced hospitality business for at least 2 years. You will have in-depth experience of recruitment on all levels and in a variety of channels. It’s critical that you are confident in your ability to use direct sourcing tools and compiling clear documentation as you go. You should bring a clear vision of what great talent looks like as well as how to find it and attract it.
Curios, efficient, organised and enthusiastic, you will be driven by achieving great results whilst ensuring that you consult effectively with senior management with a highly collaborative approach. This is an opportunity to influence and shape our growing business.
