Internal Audit Director

£120000 per annum + car, bonus, pension
Company client is currently looking for an Internal Audit Director to be based in City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of Internal Audit outsource/ co-source agreements;
* Provide advisory services on the design/ development of a high quality IA function and external quality assurance reviews on the effectiveness of internal audit, specifically for compliance with the CIIA Guidance for IA in FS;
* advice and assurance on risk management frameworks, systems and processes;
* advice and assurance on governance frameworks and Board effectiveness; and
* ad-hoc advisory and assurance offerings relating to industry hot topics, examples of which include: governance, change management, management information and data governance.
* Direction and overall leadership to IA outsource and co-source services to FS sector clients, demonstrating a commitment to quality and delivery and strong industry and technical knowledge and experience in client and team interactions
* Supporting the Partner in growing the Firms services to the FS sector, through business development and marketing initiatives and leveraging both internal and external opportunities to maximize fee income; an
* To coach and mentor more junior team members, aligning to a strong team-working ethos as the division continues to grow.
