Intern - Technology Company Intern / Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant Intern needed for our client, a fast-growing London-based technology company that makes buying and selling gift cards simple. For brands, they create new gift card sales channels both online and in B2B, through a variety of eCommerce, analytics, marketing, stock management and API solutions, for physical and digital gift cards. For buyers, they provide an instant connection to their retail partners with a mission to enable on-demand delivery of e-gift codes from any brand, in any amount, anywhere in the world, in real time. They are looking for a driven, organised and articulate individual to complement and support the team on marketing, sales and administrative tasks. This role offers a significant amount of responsibility and opportunity to gain new skills.You will assist with: * Streamlining the company's sales process * Writing and implementing their monthly newsletter * Assisting with social media activities * Assisting with scheduling and management activities Personal Attributes: * A process driven individual able to manage a variety of tasks * Articulate * Confident to use your initiative * Confident in using online CRM and task management tools * Happy to ask for help when needed * Ready to take on any task, no matter how big or small or new to you it may be * Interested in retail and technology Skills experience: * Email marketing experience * Organising events * Administrative experience * Strong numerical skills * Excellent copywriting skills * Comfortable reporting to senior executives * Aptitude to learn Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time Salary: £200 per week Location: London Please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
