Interior Landscape Horticulturalist – Installation Assistant
This role involves planting up our beautiful living plant displays and then delivering them to our clients. You will be working with plants from cheese plants to exotic orchids as well as seasonal Christmas displays.
What we need From You -
For this role you will be required to work Monday to Friday with some flexibility of start and finish times to suit our clients. The majority of the work is in West/Central London and Docklands. There will be the occasional weekend work as well as extra hours in December to help with the delivery of our magical Christmas displays.
We are offering a salary starting at £18,000 per annum and rising after a successful 3 month probation to £19,500 per annum.
You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English, have a UK or EU passport or an equivalent ancestry visa. The role can be physically demanding. You will need a clean driving license that allows you to drive in the UK and good knowledge of the routes through London. Alongside this you need to be comfortable travelling on public transport when necessary.
Attention to detail, politeness and a willingness to always put the customer first are essential.You will be working with a team of people committed to delivering the best customer experience that we possibly can. You will therefore need good people skills to work with us and our customers.
Past experience in Horticulture is desirable as well as a curiosity to learn more.

Interior Landscape Horticulturalist – Holiday Cover
2 / 3 Days per Week or Full Time Available:
This role involves supporting our Horticultural team during holidays and sickness. We are looking for the right person to carry on the good service we provide when our team have a well-deserved rest. Therefore you will need to be able to work during the popular holiday times. When not covering for colleagues you will help our delivery team and in particular pre-Christmas you will join our delivery/design teams bringing Christmas cheer to our clients. Due to the nature of this role it will always be changing depending on the job you are covering. The successful applicant will need to be comfortable with changing routine.
What we need from you -
You will be required to work mainly between Tuesday-Thursday if part time or Monday to Friday if full time hours. There will need to be some flexibility of start and finish times to suit our clients. The majority of the work is in West/Central London and Docklands. There will be the occasional weekend work as well as extra hours in December to help with the delivery of our magical Christmas displays.
We are offering a salary of circa £8.50 per hour rising to £9.40 after 1 month. You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English and have a UK or EU passport or an equivalent ancestry visa. The role can be physically demanding. Whilst the majority of your travel will be on public transport and foot we will need you to have a clean driving licence and a good knowledge of London.
