Job Description
We are recruiting for an URGENT position of a Interior Designer at Jonathan Mark Interior Designs, a well-established, high-end interior design and construction company.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work as part of a team and would be available to start this July, good sense of humor is essential : ) as well as -
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and the installation team
• Perform site surveys
• Create detailed, high quality designs
• Prepare contract documents and undertake contract administration
• Be responsible for your own projects, controlling expenditure and programming work to match target dates
• Undertake general office administration and duties
Candidate requirements
• A good working knowledge of 3D CAD software
• Excellent knowledge of design materials (good knowledge of building methods is essential – no training will be provided).
• At least 3 years in the industry as a designer or project manager
• Have examples of projects which you managed.
