Innovation Project Manager Primary ObjectivesA fantastic opportunity for a digital project manager to deliver a programme of digital solutions at a time of exciting transformation.As Innovation Project Manager you will be delivering a number of MVPs in partnership with our agencies and collaborating across our whole organisation to ensure that we rapidly deliver products that meet our strategic objectives of reaching 11,000 families by 2020.The key responsibilities and skills for the Innovation Project manager role are as follows:-Responsibilities* Manage the development of new products with the Head of Digital Solutions and Digital Project manager on time and on budget.* Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure quality and timely delivery of multi-channel content designed to help families and young people with vision impairment.* Ensure all the products deliver the data we need to measure against our KPIs.* Research technology identified within our innovation framework that could help to meet our organisation and customer's needs.* Manage Internal and external stakeholders including leading workshops and research to solve problems.* Agency management.* Produce relevant management information to manage the projects effectively and to report to the Director of Innovation as required.* Ensure that equality and diversity is embedded in all activities* To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the Society's learners/clients and all other children and young people/vulnerable adults that have contact with the organisation. Skills, experience and Knowledge Excellent academics will underpin proven digital project management experience in a public, third sector or social impact environment. Confident interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with agencies and multiple stakeholders essential. Essential Track record in delivering multiple products simultaneously experience of managing large scale content matrices* The ability to recognise and develop new projects in line with the RSBC's strategic plan* The ability to manage and implement change effectively, maintaining key stakeholder satisfaction within the process* Proven track record of key influencing, negotiating and decision-making skills to adapt and accommodate differing priorities* The ability to develop and implement processes to manage the successful development of new services* The ability to create and maintain effective external relationshipsDesirableExperience of Microsoft team and Office 365Agile project managementCRM programme experience About the Charity"Building on the success of Wayfindr, they want to transform our services and our beneficiary experience through transformational digital solutions.
