Infrastructure Support Desk Analyst; Up to £22k; Upminster, Essex
Infrastructure Support Desk Analyst required by top Air Freight Company in Upminster.
As the Infrastructure Support Desk Analyst you will be required to provide 2nd line support as well as being involved with projects assisting and supporting our infrastructure teak and training team.
Other Duties
Receive and record details of customer problems
Keep customers informed of their call request status and progress
Escalate more technical incidents, problems and tasks appropriate
Liaise with other IT teams, where appropriate, in order to resolver customer requests
With a mindfulness for quality deliverables, align with IT and facilities resources to execute on requests in a timely fashion
Maintain currency, expertise and competency and relevant products
Review equipment stock levels and report where replenishment is required
Ensure that all assets are recorded and managed within the group
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Windows 2008 Server or higher
Microsoft Hyper-V
Citrix Xen App experience/Citrix Certifications
Office 365 Support experience (preferred)
MCP Qualification
