The British Standards Institute (BSI) are an internationally recognised brand that represents quality and excellence in business. We are seeking an Information Specialist to deliver researcher and Data Analysis; to join our dedicated team in Chiswick, West London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in BSI's Knowledge Centre, playing a part in delivering our world-class enquiry and research services to our internal and external clients.
You'll have constant interaction and engagement with a variety of clients, BSI colleagues, members of the public and industry experts.
This role is perfect for someone who has an information or research services academic background/qualification and has had experience of working as part of a knowledge or information services team.
This diverse and challenging role involves responding to enquiries, but also participating as part of project teams to deliver more complex research projects to clients.

Essential Requirements:
* Information or research services academic background/qualification
* experience of working as part of a knowledge or information services team
* Working directly with clients on the delivery of research projects, preferably within a B2B environment
* Strong digital skills
* experience of data analysis, bibliographic database and internet searches
* experience of working directly (face to face and remotely) with clients on research briefs, the design of research services and the delivery and presentation of commercial research projects
Desirable Requirements:
* experience of working within a Membership Body and knowledge of standards and the standards development process is highly desirable
