Seven Bar Group, owners of Three Eight Four, Seven at Brixton and Two Hundred, Peckham are recruiting!

Our venues specialise in small plates/tapas and cocktails with Seven and Two Hundred offering an added daytime option through the week (Three Eight Four opens 10am on a weekend only)

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager or Supervisor to join our engaged and energetic management team.

All three venues sell a variety of cocktails, from classics and twists to experimental new creations, we take immense pride in creating an exciting seasonal cocktail menus by using a wide range of product and techniques.

From the kitchen we create interesting dishes with quality ingredients for great value. We serve small plates at Three Eight Four and Two Hundred taking influence from all around the world and Tapas at Seven, small plates with an Iberian twist. We also have a fantastic range of Beers and wines to compliment our food.

As a company, we pride ourselves on our customer service and hospitality. From staff to guests, we believe people make the atmosphere and success of a great bar. We are looking for poeple who like being awesome hosts and give the best experience possible with the service they provide.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, experienced and friendly people who are looking to make a long-term impact in the hospitality industry.

A full and comprehensive training will be provided to the successfull candidates (including a full menu tasting).

What we need from you :
Be seeking a challenging and rewarding working environment.
Have full UK working credentials and be fluent in English.
Be free to work until late on Fridays and Saturdays.
A good knowledge of food and cocktail is a plus.
