Young’s has a unique opportunity available for a Chef de Partie to join the team in The Canonbury Tavern. The role is a full time, permanent position with the starting rate of £8.50 plus excellent benefits.
As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to:
- Run and prep for your own section during service
- Have a good working knowledge of British cuisine
- Work as a vital part of a team to ensure standards are consistently high
We're looking for driven, focused, positive chefs who can keep their cool at busy times and take both instruction and initiative. A background in high-volume catering and/or fine dining will be an advantage but are not compulsory. All applicants must be fluent in English, and must have a National Insurance Number and a valid UK/EEA passport or full working visa.
