Inbound Helpline Agent – Immediate start
Temporary position – 3 months
Hours: 8am-7pm
Monday – Friday + One Saturday
£9 Per hour + holiday
Our client based in North West London, are seeking inbound call agents to come in and help work on a temporary helpline campaign. The campaign is set to last approximately 3 months, working from Monday to Friday and possibly one additional Saturday. All candidates must be available to work to whole duration of the campaign.
Duties:
Handling inbound calls from customers
Advising customers in a timely manner
General admin duties
Requirements:
Inbound customer service experience
Call handling experience
Must have excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Superior numeracy, grammar and spelling
Financial services experience would be beneficial.
Benefits:
Paid on a weekly basis

Opportunities to work with the client in future campaigns.
