Our Client a top London call centre requires inbound agents to work on a helpline campaign for the next 4 – 8 weeks.
Previous inbound experience is desirable as you will complete an assessment centre and training. You will need to be immediately availed the shifts required will be between 8am to 8pm, Monday – Sunday (full time shift patterns and the opportunity for overtime).
You will have an excellent telephone manner and possess enthusiasm to engage and reassure all customers you communicate with.
