Inbound Call Centre Agent
Colindale
Monday – Sunday (5 from 7)
Working hours between 7am – 10pm (8 hour shifts)
£8.00 Per hour + holiday pay, salary upgrade system every 3 months + performance bonuses.
Temporary –to-Permanent position
Our client based in the Colindale area is looking for a number of new candidates to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis in their new office. They are looking for experience call centre individuals to start as soon as possible, working 40 hours a week over the 7 days. They must be immediately available to start and are looking to commit to long term work.
Duties:

Taking inbound calls on behalf of all their clients they work with.
Logging information onto in-house systems.
General administration and data entry duties.
Answering and managing calls in a time-manner.
Following up on any calls with customers/clients if required.

Requirements:

Previous call centre experience.
Previous inbound call handling experience.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good customer service experience would be beneficial.
Well-presented.
Positive attitude.
