On behalf of this successful and very busy, leading inbound call centre based in North West London, we are looking for a results driven and ambitious individual with strong, open communication skills! The company specialise in the sales of Watches/Jewellery and Accessories and you will be taking incoming calls from a variety of customers who are based in the USA!
This role specifically involves:
- Processing inbound customer orders
- Upselling a wide range of great products
- Liaising with customers to resolve payment issues
- Responding to general enquiries
- Following up on customer interactions
- Assisting the customer services department during busy periods
- Administration tasks as appropriate and working within a very busy but friendly team!
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of working with customers ideally over the phone
- Enthusiasm, a good clear speaking voice and a professional but friendly manner
As the company ONLY deals with customers in the USA, it is essential that you are able to work shift hours between 1pm - 4am.
You should have an excellent telephone manner, possess good admin skills and be able to work as part of a busy but very friendly team!
