CCA International has an exciting opportunity for a Retailer Out of Hours Campaign - Inbound and Outbound Agent to join their team based in London. You will work on a full time permanent basis and receive a highly competitive salary of £8.50 per hour.

CCA International have an amazing opportunity for an Out of Hours Retailer agent to join our leading automotive client’s Campaign, and work on their behalf to service and support their customers, through a team of Customer Service and Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities of our Inbound and Outbound Agent.
- Outbound calls - booking appointment on behalf of retailers using their lead management system.
- Inbound telephone calls for retailers.
- Maximize retention by strengthening the feel-good-factor, word-of-mouth recommendation, future contact potential and customers’ relationship with the Brand and retailer.
- Maximize consumer awareness of the products and services offered by participating retailers.
- Responding to emails generated by the Retailer websites.
- Live Chat interactions.
- Facebook and/or Twitter interactions. Promote consumer awareness and enthusiasm and facilitate the sales process by generating quality leads for retailers.
As our Inbound and Outbound Agent you will need the following skills and experience.
- Interest in and knowledge of automotive industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to “add value” and keen to interact with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- To embrace the customer service ethos of participating retailers.
- Flexible in relation to tasks in a fast moving marketing multi-channel environment.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
- Ability to master computer databases.
Retailer Out of Hours Campaign (ROHC) will support the customer life cycle and facilitate CRM end user services to existing customers, prospects and leads, in all product segments. The ROHC will support the delivery of various services and actions typically provided by the Retailer during opening hours, when they are closed.
