We are seeking a Reservations Agent to support our 3 restaurants and bars. Working from our Camden Head Office, you will be responsible for handling external calls, taking reservations and supporting our Reservations Manager on a day to day basis.
The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and drink and wish to learn more from some of the best in the industry. Candidates must display:
A high level of professionalism and reliability
Excellent command of written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate confidently.
Excellent telephone manner
Previous experience in hospitality and a bubbly personality
Ability to learn swiftly and work under pressure
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK

The role will be Monday to Friday 9am -7pm, with 1 hour lunch break. The start date for this position is flexible, but by latest 8th September.
Tasks include:
Manage daily operations of Inamo's central reservations system
Establish and maintain knowledge of inamo's menus, promotions, and operating procedures
Politely and professionally respond to all incoming guest inquiries
Convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings
Desirable:
Knowledge of Opentable, Bookatable and Collins reservations systems
