We are looking for a dynamic events Manger who is looking to work in busy creative environment and has a great sense of humour !
The roll requires
Creativity for small to large events according to the brief with high profile clients
Working to the budget
Organising the team
Office administration
Prepare proposals
Monitoring payments
Ordering flowers and props
Achieving budgets
Communicating with Studio team
On site assistance at event
Client follow up
Assisting Management, Business Director and the Creative Director
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Be the type of person happy to jump into the van and instinctively troubleshoot -
Could be hands on floristry or Driving the van
You will need to be an experienced florist with a good command of the English language and experience of either working on events in a senior position or a creative office environment.
Working hours 40 hour week Monday to Friday with over time at the weekends
the right applicant can start immediately
Salary is negotiable depending on experience within the industry.
