The role is mainly office based and involves:
Client liaison
Design - creating designs according to the brief
Budget - working to the budget
Event organisation/ administration
Preparing proposals
Monitoring payments
Ordering flowers and props
Communicating with Studio team
On site assistance at event
Client follow up
Office administration
Office housekeeping
Assisting Management and Business Director
Assisting Creative Director
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Conducting Wednesday meetings
Communication re. Work schedule
Communication re. Events
Troubleshooting:
Helping with floristry
Driving the van
Client visits
You will need to be an experienced florist with a good command of the English language and experience of either working on events in a senior position or a creative office environment.
The role is for a 40 hour week with over time at the weekends if required and will commence at the beginning of July.
