Cleaning Manager- Flagship Tescos Store Servest are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Manager to be based within TESCOS located in Kensington (W14 8PB). You will be managing a small team of cleaning staff, overseeing timesheets, payroll, rotas and holidays. As the on site manager you will be responsible for the cleaning standards in the store. Location: Sutton Kensington Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Across 6 days. Earliest start time is 06:00am, flexibility is required. Hourly Rate: GBP 10.00 per hour- GBP 19500 per annumWe are looking for candidates who. * Have at least one years experience as a Cleaning Manager/ Supervisor within retail cleaning * experience in recruiting, inducting and developing your team * Ideally you will also have a background in supermarket retail cleaning * Are used to managing a team of at least 4 * You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written * A 'can do' attitude, and a hands on approach * A willingness to learn new skills * A proven history in delivering SLA's * Flexibility is required to work some afternoons and at least 1 day over the weekend Servest is an equal opportunities employer and relies on diversity to deliver on our goals.
