We're looking for Brand Ambassadors to join our team from 9th April.

Please note:
Interviews will take place in February (dates tbc), with training starting w/c 9th April. This is a 13 week assignment (including training) so you will need to be available for the full duration.
The 'pop-up' shop will be open 7 days per week but we're happy to have some level of flexibility for the right people.

We are bringing a brand new shopping experience to food lovers in Richmond, London.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to present an elevated selection of fresh food to go and locally sourced delicacies. Your passion for food and your commitment to customer engagement will be fully utilised in this exciting and tasty prospect.

Key elements to the role
- To be the ambassador for our brand and deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that the our customer is at the centre of all you do.
- Tempting customers with tasty samples and inviting them to interact with the experience.
- Offering generous advice to customers on how to best enjoy their purchases, for example, how to serve, store and prepare their food.
- Creating a delicious display of artisan and speciality foods on your well stocked “Market Stall”
- Demonstrating salesmanship and proactively engaging to encourage repeat business.
- Building an extensive understanding of products and the ability to discuss all aspects of “Market Stall” range.
- Proactively participate in training to become an expert in a short space of time.
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are adhered to at all times.
- Stock replenishment
- Communicating with Project Coordinator to report sales, most/least popular products, successes and challenges, waste and tasting feedback.
- Clear down the market stall at the end of the day to ensure everything is ready to begin business the following day.
- Working as part of a team, with the potential to become an ambassador for the flagship store.

The pay rate will be £10.20 and there will also be a completion bonus available of up to £600 for those that deliver against the KPIs and work for the duration of the event (The criteria for this will be confirmed when workers have been selected from the interview process)
