·         We are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering service excellence and those who are able to live our hotel values.
·         To aid the day to day In Room Dining operation, including sales service, in meeting the demands of all our guest’s requirements.
·         To demonstrate in depth knowledge and understanding of all our products, and to demonstrate your knowledge to our guests.
·         To recognise and facilitate the needs of all our guests from the moment of their arrival until their departure.
·         Attend staff training sessions and team meetings as and when requested to aid your own personal development,

Main duties and responsibilities:

Welcome all customers in a warm and consistent manner.
Meet and greet customers and acknowledge regulars and VIPs.  Ensure they are given the best possible service from you and the team.
Engage and interact with your customers, ascertain information that will help you to tailor their experience to their requirements.
Document and log with the reception team customer preferences and information relevant to return visits.
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with the restaurant team.
Taking accurate customer orders, efficiently using POS software and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
Deal with customer's complaints sensitively and efficiently, ensuring management are always aware of complaints and in control of resolutions.
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area, taking pride in your restaurant and its appearance.
Arrive punctually for your shift, ready to prepare all relevant mise en place needed to run a smooth service.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Ensure that you adhere to the company's uniform and grooming standards.

Help in any area of the Hotel when circumstances dictate.
