Reporting to: National Logistics and Regulations Manager.
Job Description - Oxfam are looking for an outgoing and determined recruiter for their In-house F2F Teams. The In-house Recruitment and Quality Control Officer will supply the In-house team with quality interview candidates and actively pursue new and innovative recruitment channels. In this position you will be expected to think creatively and explore direct recruitment possibilities in the home cities of our In-house F2F Teams. The recruiter will also be expected to keep a record of their candidate’s progress and to mentor them through their first four weeks at Oxfam.
Another potential layer to this role may be in house donor welcome calling. This is not yet set up but is currently being explored. Successful candidates will also demonstrate the strong verbal communication skills necessary for this aspect of the role.
Until such a time that welcome calling is brought In-house successful candidates will be expected to help out with the administrative side of running a F2F operation.
Initial assignment length 8 weeks with full time rollout for successful candidates.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in a F2F operation.
Strong operational knowledge of street fundraising.
Ability to mentor and advise new fundraisers.
Ability to work independently with initiative.
Attention to detail
Professionalism
Resourceful approach to their work
Strong organisation and forward planning
Ability to be self motivated
Ability to build relationships quickly
Strong verbal communication skills
