Immigration Solicitor or Level 2/3 OISC Adviser
Location: Holborn, London WC2

An established and dynamic OISC regulated immigration law firm based in Holborn, is looking to recruit an immigration solicitor or an OISC qualified adviser at level 2 or 3 with a minimum of 1-2 years recent immigration experience and strong knowledge of the appeal system and current immigration rules and policies.
Your role will be mainly preparing grounds of appeal, drafting witness statements and representing cases where possible before the immigration tribunal and training junior staff and legal assistants.
The right applicant would be expected to research the relevant law then draft advice briefs for a range of areas including EEA and PBS appeals.
Must have excellent communication and writing skills, have the ability to multi-task, have initiative, be pedant and fast, be able to research case law and draft sound and coherent correspondence to the Home Office in addition to giving client sound and clear written advice.
Applicants must be able handle their own caseload with little supervision.
Having business development, IT and marketing skills would be a plus. It is essential to have commercial awareness, strong ethical standards and the ability to work to tight deadlines, and good organisation skills.
