This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion about working with young children AND computers!
We require an enthusiastic Nursery ICT Tutor to deliver computer lessons to pre-school children at independent nursery schools in the EALING area. Please note that because you will be working a few hours each day at these nurseries, we do recommend that you apply for this job only if you live in the local area.
You will be required to travel to 4/5 different nurseries per week working mornings starting no later than 9.30am, earlier if possible. Most sessions will finish by lunchtime but you may have to work into the afternoon with a 2.30pm finish.
Hours are approximately. 10-12 hours a week in total.
You should be well educated with at least 5 or more GCSE's to 'C' grade or equivalent, including English and Maths. You should have a passion for working with children, be IT literate and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Ideally you should have some experience of working with children. Communication is key in this job and so you should be confident, outgoing and be a very good organiser.
If you are returning to work after a career break, we would love to hear from you - please note that enthusiasm and passion is just as important as experience as full training will be given.
As this is a mobile job - you will need to have a car to get to the nurseries.
Successful candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS check.
