Job description:
You will be a brand ambassador with good knowledge of the venue, its ideals, and origins.
Ensure guests expectations are met, exceeded and all needs anticipated.
You will be in charge of the cloakroom, ensure guest's belongings are stocked away, as well as maintaining high level of hygiene in our public area, and above all working hand in hand with our team of runners and waiters/waitresses.
To ensure standards are maintained.
