Job description:
You will be a brand ambassador with good knowledge of the venue, its ideals and origins.
Ensure guests expectations are met, exceeded and all needs anticipated. To maximize sales opportunities and support the seamless running of all restaurant and drinks service areas from private events, lunch and dinner service to late night cocktails. Provide hospitable and highly efficient service. To ensure standards are maintained.

Two years previous waiting/serving experience
