Job description:
You will be a brand ambassador with good knowledge of the venue, its ideals and origins.
Ensure guests expectations are met, exceeded and all needs anticipated. To maximize sales opportunities and support the seamless running of our cocktail bar adjacent to the ICEBAR itself. Provide hospitable and highly efficient service. To ensure standards are maintained.

Two years previous waiting/serving experience
