We are a growing London based ice cream producer looking for an immediate starter to join our Ice Cream Production team. This is your chance to work for a fun and dynamic company producing the highest quality ice creams in the UK. You would be working with a very friendly team of skilled ice cream makers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, work well in a team, consistently work to a high standard and be self motivated.

Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given on the job. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of HACCP and Basic Food Hygiene. Working hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include:
• Ingredient prepping
• Producing ice creams and sorbets
• Assisting the production manager
• Daily cleaning schedule

• Be able to communicate at a good standard of English.
• Recognise that attention to detail is paramount.
• Be able to multi-task in an often very busy environment.
• Be reliable, professional and punctual
• Be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
