To bring great quality and great tasting dishes to your table, we work with some of the best producers of food and wine that Spain has to offer. All the time, inspired and guided by our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano.
The perfect Head Receptionist:
Someone coming from quality restaurant background, guest focused, organised and highly professional.
Duties:
Welcome and check in of guest bookings and walk in guests during the restaurant opening times.
Manage the restaurant reservations database (experience in opentable is mandatory), organization of parties and events (both in and outside the restaurant).
Assist in establishing and maintaining excellent guest relationships.
Continuously seek ways to maximize revenue, covers, average spend and profit.
Handle guest and employee enquiries and problems in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist with promotional and marketing related tasks.
Administrative tasks.
Our Heads are in charge of a small reception team. They manage the department and run a smooth and efficient operation while providing an excellent guest service!
What do we offer?
Great starting salary, staff meals and discounts, training opportunities and be part of an expanding and promising project!
This is a full-time position, with a Rota based on a Monday to Sunday, morning and evening shifts.
You must have the legal right to work and live in the UK.
