IbéRica London looks for Head Receptionist !
What is IbéRica?
IbéRica is a busy, up-market vibrant Spanish restaurant with a friendly atmosphere amongst its team. We are ambassadors for the best Spanish gastronomy and culture in the UK and we are looking the right leader who will keep together with our Michelin star Chef Nacho Manzano, we only cook and serve fresh products of the highest quality and our ambition is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction with every single dish.
The ideal Head of Reception must come from quality restaurant background and be guest focused, organised and highly professional. Proven experience in a same or similar role will be a plus.
As a Head of Reception, you will be in charge of a small reception team, managing and overlooking the department runs a smooth and efficient operation while providing an excellent guest service!
Your main duties:
* Welcome and check in of guest bookings and walk in guests during the restaurant opening times.
* Manage the restaurant reservations database, organization of parties and events (both in and outside the restaurant).
* Assist in establishing and maintaining excellent guest relationships.
* Continuously seek ways to maximize revenue, covers, average spend and profit.
* Handle guest and employee enquiries and problems in a professional and friendly manner.
* Assist with promotional and marketing related tasks
* Administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Excellent guest service skills.
* Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
* High level of organisation.
* Proven experience in a same or similar role will be a plus.
* IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Ability to work according to the needs of the business.
* experience with working with Open Table reservations required.

This is a full time position, with a Rota based on a Monday to Sunday, morning and evening shifts.
