IbéRica is a busy, up-market vibrant Spanish restaurant with a friendly atmosphere amongst its team.
We are ambassadors for the best Spanish gastronomy and culture in the UK and we are looking the right leader who will keep together with our Michelin star Chef Nacho Manzano, we only cook and serve fresh products of the highest quality and our ambition is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction with every single dish.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the ideal candidate is…
* An experienced manager from a quality restaurant background, with a good knowledge of food and drinks.
* Guest-centric, always ready to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
* A passionate leader and mentor, who will train and develop a team of approximately 40 staff, front and back of house.
* Able to maximize restaurant sales through optimal daily operations.
* A team player with a hands-on mentality.
* Used to meet company’s goals and objectives and with a strong financial understanding.
