Ten years ago we set out to bring the true spirit of Spain to the UK, inviting our guests to join us in celebrating our homeland; transporting you there through our food, drinks and restaurants.To bring great quality and great tasting dishes to your table, we work with some of the best producers of food and wine that Spain has to offer. All the time, inspired and guided by our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate is…
From a quality restaurant background, organised and highly professional.
Guest centric, always ready to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
Passionate about Spanish food, drink and culture.
Experienced in managing, training and developing a team of approximately 40 staff, which includes Kitchen and Reception under direct supervision.
Able to maximize restaurant sales through optimal daily operations.
Be able to build and maintain strong guest relations.
A team player with a hands on mentality.
Eager to learn and grow in this profession.
Experienced working with stock control system (preferable, though not required).
Fluent in English.
Location
IbéRica has amazing venues in Central London and we will find the best fitting location for the right candidate!
