We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Head Office in the capacity of Human Resources Support Assistant.
We are an independent pharmacy group with our Head Office in Newbury Park, Ilford.
We are seeking a suitable candidate to support our Human Resources and Payroll team in Day to Day Human Resources activities for our branch staff (approximately 300 staff) including: - Approving staff holidays on our intranet and Human Resources Systems, arranging cover for holidays, sickness, and absences. Monitoring staff absences, lateness, sickness to ensure good attendance records are maintained by all staff. Checking contractor invoice claims and approving on our system for payment, supporting Human Resources department in recruitment, induction and training activities as required. Ensuring all Human Resources personnel files are up to date, follow up any queries and refer to the Human Resources and Payroll department as necessary.
* The ideal applicant must have previous experience in a similar role, and have some knowledge of Human Resources.
* You must be a warm, enthusiastic and driven individual with a friendly and bubbly personality who can add value to this position.
* You must be well presented with a excellent command of English both written and spoken.
* You must be organised, quick, sharp and have the ability to multitask and react to staff situations in an organised manner.
* You must have excellent IT skills, and be a proficient user of all Microsoft packages.
