Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for but not limited too:
Acting as a first point of contact for queries
Recruiting staff and placing them in teams of cleaners led by experienced supervisors.
Interviewing candidates face to face.
Giving advice on maternity/paternity leave
Processing daily time sheets onto excel spreadsheets
Liaising with payroll companies
Placing job ads on job boards and arranging interviews
Profile
The Human Resources Assistant will need to have worked in an Human Resources position for a minimum of 12 months to 2 years in a generalist role.
You will need to have worked in a fast-paced, busy environment and be capable of managing a high work load. Must have good knowledge of Excel. Bilingual Romanian/English speaker preferred.
You should be driven and passionate about progressing within an Human Resources career.
Job Offer
The Human Resources Assistant will receive a salary of between £20,000 and £22,000.
