360 Resourcing are currently working with a worldwide restaurant brand who are actively looking for a generalist Human Resources Manager to join the team and become their Human Resources point of contact. This is a permanent and full time role based out of their offices near Heathrow. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive a starting salary of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 plus benefits. This is an exciting time to join the business especially as they are embarking on a huge expansion program across the UK. We are currently looking for a generalist Human Resources professional who is hands on in managing all day to day Human Resources issues. Working closely with the senior management team this is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a rapidly growing hospitality business.The main responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager role include- Generalist, hands on role managing all day-to-day Human Resources issues through to complex situations- Advise and coach the senior management team to find an effective resolution of ER issues in accordance with company policy and legislation- Organising and consulting with senior managers with regards to disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures- Absence management- Oversee all new starter and Leaver processes- Advise on company benefits and schemes- Maintaining and monitoring employee engagement initiatives across the business Skills and experience required of our Human Resources Manager The role requires a confident, assertive and influential individual who is able to communicate at a high level in the organisation and operate in fast-paced commercial environment. Ideally you will have experience working as a Human Resources professional in a hospitality environment whether that's multisite or single site. You will need a good working knowledge of employment legislation and work to Human Resources Best Practice standards.The successful applicant will demonstrate:- High-quality stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills- Credibility and impact at a senior level with the ability to influence and become a trusted advisor- Good communication skills - both verbal and written- A flexible attitude and approach- Computer literacy- Good commercial awareness- The ability to work autonomously- Previous Human Resources Management experience is vital, CIPD level 5 preferred but not essential The successful applicant will be required to start immediately.If you feel you are the right candidate for the role as our Human Resources Manager then please click 'apply' now!
