Human Resources Internship Wanted

We are looking for someone who is either part or full CIPD qualified and is seeking practical experience to work with our busy Human Resources team. You will be working with the Human Resources Business Partnering and Reward teams. Based in our London office for 2 or 3 days per week (16 hours), you will gain an insight into how our Human Resources team delivers excellent customer service across the RNIB.
Start and End dates are flexible according to interest and availability of volunteer.
You will assist with a variety of admin tasks; answering and making telephone calls; maintain records and computer files; create documents and input data.
Also, you will be researching and drafting policies; updating structure charts and document templates; supporting job evaluations, employee relations cases and supporting project work.
You will have good communication skills; able to prioritise tasks and be flexible; good attention to detail; experience of writing and editing; treat information confidentially.
We will support you by providing an Understanding Sight Loss Pack; Induction; Expenses; Supervision and help from your Manager; Training as appropriate.
Expenses only - duration 3 months.
