Job and candidate
Proven record of working in Human Resources department especially in Hotel or serviced apartment industry
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Good people skills to counsel the staff for any disputes and to do disciplinary actions.
Excellent training skills
Implementing plans for development of staff and also close monitoring of staff is required
Hiring right staff as per department
Working closely with finance manager for budgeting
Part time role- 3 days a week
Package – Up to £25k PA (depending on experience)
Position available as soon as possible.
