Beyond Autism have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor join our team based in Wandsworth, London. The role is a full time permanent position offering a highly competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,740 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.

About the Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor Role.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing a professional and effective Human Resources service to Beyond Autism. This is an exciting time of development for the organisation and we are looking for a motivated, adaptable and proactive individual, interested in a long-term career in Human Resources , to join our dedicated team.
Key responsibilities of our Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor.
-Providing a professional, efficient and effective Human Resources service to Beyond Autism.
-To provide administrative Human Resources support and to be the main point of contact for day to day employment matters within Beyond Autism.
- Human Resources support for recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and providing policy advice and guidance, plus Human Resources administration for contractual documentation, recruitment and payroll.
- Any other duties that the Human Resources Manager may reasonably require.
Our Ideal Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor.
Essential
- Good level of educational attainment up to A level.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Passes in Maths and English at grade C or above.
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification or higher
- Generalist Human Resources and Recruitment experience and basic employment law.
- experience of general office tasks
- experience in a Human Resources Advisor / Human Resources Officer role.
- experience managing end to end recruitment process.
Desirable
- Degree
- CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources working towards this (or equivalent)
- experience of working for a charity.
- experience of working in an educational setting.
