My Client are seeking a self motivated and organised Human Resources Adviser to provide comprehensive Human Resources advice and guidance to their UK and international teams.
Working in more than 120 countries, this Charity do whatever it takes to create significant breakthroughs. My Client's Support Services department provides leadership and direction in the business of running an efficient organisation and ensuring their resources are used to maximum effect.
As Human Resources Adviser you will act as the first point of contact for managers and staff (UK and International) and work across the Human Resources team to ensure operational delivery of the full range of Human Resources services. You will also:
Help drive the continuous improvement of our Human Resources services by capturing organisational practices to inform policy.
Manage a full range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases.
Under the direction of the Business Partner, provide support on restructures, including managing redundancies as needed.
Provide Human Resources generalist support on specific projects as required, supporting the Human Resources Business Partners as appropriate.
You will also have:
- Good relationship building skills.
- The ability to challenge managers in order to influence behavior and thinking.
- A coaching approach to supporting managers
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- experience working in medium to large organisations and large Human Resources teams.
- A willingness to travel at short notice for up to 4 weeks at a time, including remote and insecure locations.
