Human Resources Administrator on a temp to perm basis £13ph for 4 months
Join this not-for-profit organisation based in EC4 and support the Human Resources officers with administration, payroll and general Human Resources support. This is ideal for someone with an interest in Human Resources and considering a career within this sector.
Working within a small Human Resources team, you will provide professional, proactive and comprehensive administrative support to our Human Resources Officers and help support this not-for-profit organisation.
This post is ideal for a highly organised person who likes variety, is confident dealing with a changing work load and able to prioritise key tasks whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.
Excellent communication and administrative/IT skills, initiative, attention to detail and ability to multi-task are all skills that we are looking for in our Administrator.
Eventually you will work proactively to influence and support managers, to deliver a wide remit of activities including recruitment, absence management and payroll. This varied role will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity to deliver a first class Human Resources service and influence and shape employment practice.
You will have excellent organisation skills with constant attention to detail and will ensure the delivery of high quality Human Resources support for employee related issues in the business e.g. Policies and procedures, performance management, reward, employment legislation, recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance, pension administration, expat management, headcount and salary budget management, etc.
As Human Resources Administrator you must have the ability to communicate with, and influence, a wide range of people at varying levels and will be proven team player with a professional attitude. You will need to identify core issues and shows initiative to resolve problems. You will constantly strive to add value to the business.
