A leading membership organisation and regulatory body, within the medical field, based in the heart of London's City is looking to support their Human Resources team with a skilled Human Resources Administrator. With immediate interview opportunities and a start date of Monday 1st October, the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and integrate themselves in to a team quickly.
With a salary of £23,653 - £26,725 per Anum, pro rata, this role will run for 6 weeks in the first instance. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Core tasks of the Human Resources Administrator:
- Input staff data onto the organisations new Human Resources system.
- Cleans data and assist with general Human Resources administrative tasks in advance of the implementation of the new Human Resources system.
- Offer administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Maintain personnel records and amend existing records on the computerised database, ensuring this is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Desired skills of the Human Resources Administrator:
- experience of working within a Human Resources team.
- Administration experience
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office packages
