Our success starts with our teams so we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join the Aubaine Human Resources Team.
The role will be based in our support office in West Acton, but you will also be required to work in central London from our restaurants. You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone so you can work remotely from our restaurants as and when needed.
As an Human Resources Administrator you will:
Support with the recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to posting job adverts, screening CVs, phone interviewing candidates.
Draft contract, reference letters, offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
Ensure general Human Resources administrative duties are completed: filing, scanning and photocopying.
Conduct / assist with note taking during investigation meetings, disciplinary, grievance meetings, probation review meetings, etc.
Ensure that the Human Resources Database (Fourth Hospitality) is updated at all times.
Support in the management of FLOW Hospitality system, including but not limited to setting up access for employees, running reports.
Carry out Human Resources , Recruitment and Training audits on a monthly basis, or as requested by the company.

Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail.
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
