We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator to join a housing association based in London. This is a temp to perm position working Monday to Friday; offer a highly competitive annum. Duties will include:
* New starter packs and contracts of employment (permanent and fixed term)
* setting up new starters on the Human Resources software system
* Providing new starter details to the Payroll department
* Filing all information electronically
* Obtaining eligibility to work in the UK and proof of competence
* Issuing contract extension letters where required
* Booking training with external providers
* Obtaining funding from the training boards
* Logging training on the Human Resources system.
* Processing leavers on the Human Resources system
* Issuing resignation acknowledgement letters
* Updating the Human Resources system for transferring employees and issuing the relevant contract amendments
* Auditing trade assessment forms
* Logging the information on the Human Resources system
* Running reports and liaising with managers with regards to outstanding assessments
* Logging sickness and other absence on the Human Resources system
* Ensuring all forms relating to absence are stored electronically
* Notifying the Payroll department of any absences and highlighting excessive periods of sickness or other absence to the Human Resources Advisor
* Updating the Human Resources system and filing documents electronically such as reward and recognition and compliance documentation
