About the company
Our Client is the local DIY store of choice with 20 stores on some of Central London’s most prestigious locations. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Admin Assistant to work in their Head office in Wembley. We are currently looking to recruit an Human Resources Admin Assistant. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Human Resources Admin Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Responding to all queries by email, phone and in person;
Preparing correspondence from template documents, ensuring all information entered is accurate;
Maintaining a high level of customer service to all areas of the business;
Respecting the confidentiality of all information handled on a day-to-day basis;
Maintaining the employee database and updating employees' details;
Ensuring all documentation is scanned and stored correctly and securely;
Ensuring all documentation received is filed on the employee's personnel file.
Assisting the Hr Team by providing admin support.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the role.
Other Responsibilities:
To comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Data Protection and Environmental impact.
In order to be considered for the role of the Human Resources Admin Assistant, it is essential for you to have:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
High levels of organisation and self-motivation;
Good customer service skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
