Responsible for implementing and managing of HSE team to ensure that Company and Client's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies, objectives and procedures of Clients are complied with at all times for standard HSE Culture in the workplace.Key Responsibilities;* * Ensure that Company's HSEQ requirements as detailed in the Health, Safety Environmental and Quality Management System (IMS) are implemented* * Develop Annual HSE Plan* * Responsible for all HSE matters* * Conduct Risk Assessments* * Monitor compliance to HSE and HACCP requirements* * Develop and update training material and information for HSEQ and HACCP, and risk management plan Key Requirements;* * Previous experience within remote sites* * University or college degree/diploma* * Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management staff, clients and contractors* * Solid understanding of business fundamentals related to negotiation and financial management* * Leadership skills/management training* * Russian language skill preferred but not required Please send your CV through to today!
